Accessing Business Online Banking

1. Una vez que esté configurada tu cuenta de banca en línea para empresas, recibirás un email con un enlace seguro para establecer tus credenciales de inicio de sesión. Click Join to create your login credentials.
   
   
2. Once you have successfully created your login credentials, select Sign In. Enter your username and password once more.
   
   
3. Luego de ingresar tu nombre de usuario y contraseña, se te indicará que configures la verificación en 2 pasos. Click Get Started.
   
   
4. To implement 2-step verification, select one of the following verification methods (explained in next section): 
   
   
   • Mensaje de voz o texto
   • Aplicación de autenticación
   • Security Key

3. You will receive a confirmation message that your 2-step verification setup has been completed. After you select Done, you'll be prompted to Accept Alpine Bank's user agreement. You will then be directed to your business online banking Dashboard.

Two Factor Authentication Options

Unique verification codes are sent to your phone when you sign in to confirm that it's you. Enter your preferred phone number.

1. Select whether you would like to receive a code by text message or by phone call. 

2. Confirm your phone number by entering the verification code.

Aplicación de autenticación

Puedes usar cualquier aplicación de autenticación que permita escanear un código QR o usar una entrada manual de código para recibir tu código de verificación.

1. After selecting authenticator app, you will be prompted to enter a Friendly name which is used for your reference only.
   
   
2. From your Authenticator App, you will Add a new account.

3. Scan the QR code or enter the code provided manually.

4. Enter the code provided on your authenticator app into the Verification code box and select Verify.

5. Once verified, you will be redirected to your online banking dashboard.

Security Key

You may use a Security Key to authenticate and bypass the need for a verification code.

1. After selecting Security Key, you will be prompted to enter a Nickname which is used for your reference only.
   
   
2. Choose one of the allowed options listed for your device.
   
   
3. Follow the on-screen prompts to set up your Security Key.
   
   
4. Once your Security Key is set up, select Done.

Resetting Two Factor Authentication

If you have already set up your two-factor authentication, you are able to reset your enrollment.

1. While you are logged in to either your online banking or mobile app, select your name (or your preferred name, if applicable) from the menu. Click Personal Settings.

2. Select Security, then under 2-step verification, click Edit Settings.

3. Under Verification Methods, click Remove. Desde aquí, también puedes agregar otro método de verificación.

4. Click Remove to confirm that you would like to remove your 2-step enrollment. Luego se cerrará tu sesión.

Accessing the Alpine Mobile App

Abre la aplicación para conocer los siguientes pasos.

1. Enter your username and password and select 
   Sign In.

2. After entering your username and password, you are prompted to set up 2-step verification. Click Get Started.
   
   If you need more information on 2-step verification, please reference the above sections.
   
   NOTE: If you have already set up your online banking on a desktop, it will prompt you to input the code from your already established 2-step verification method.

3. To implement 2-step verification, select one of the verification methods.

4. Create a 4-digit passcode. This can be used in place of your username and password when accessing the app. 

5. You are then redirected to your dashboard and now have full access to your accounts and products.
