Inscripción

IMPORTANTE: La banca en línea y Alpine Mobile® no están disponibles para menores de 13 años.

Para inscribirte en Alpine Online, completa los siguientes pasos en un dispositivo móvil o en una computadora:

  1. Descarga la aplicación Alpine Mobile en tu teléfono o tablet (Apple App Store / Google Play Store) O visita www.alpinebank.com y selecciona Iniciar sesión e Inscríbete ahora.

  2. Ingresa la información solicitada en la pantalla Enroll y luego selecciona Next.
    NOTE: For credit card management only , enter your credit card number in the account number field.

  3. Set up 2-step verification After entering your username and password, you will be prompted to set up 2-step verification. Click Get Started. 

    Para implementar la verificación en 2 pasos, selecciona uno de los siguientes métodos de verificación:

    Voice or Text Message: Verification codes are sent to your phone. Alpine does not charge a fee for using Alpine Mobile; however, your wireless carrier’s standard web access and test message rates may still apply.

    Authenticator app: Use an authenticator app to generate a unique verification code. Any app that supports manual code entry may be used and any app fee is the customer’s responsibility.

    Examples include Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator

    Security Key: Use a hardware token to authenticate.

    NOTE: The Voice or Text Message option support U.S. and international phone numbers. When enrolling in voice or text message, the country code can be changed to the appropriate country.     Depending on the 2-step verification option selected, the verification code will be sent to the phone number you provide or accessible via the authenticator app.

  4. Enter the verification code, and then select Verify.

  5. Read the user agreement, and then select Accept.

  6. Create a username and password by entering information in the Username and Password fields, and then select Next.
    NOTE: To see the username and password rules select Show rules for either.
