Lilia is passionate about helping customers achieve financial success and homeownership. Before joining Alpine Bank in 2024, she worked as a mortgage underwriter for over a decade, bringing extensive industry experience to her role.

Originally from Nayarit, Mexico, Lilia studied accounting at a technical college in California. She is also active in her community by supporting underrepresented individuals and at-risk youth through organizations like NEWSED Community Development Corporation and the Step Up Foundation.

Outside of the bank, Lilia enjoys traveling, cooking, gardening and spending time with friends. She finds joy in helping others succeed and encouraging them to be the best version of themselves.
